The hourly rate won't change, but if the property has lots of stairs, the move will generally take longer and so we would recommend adding an extra man to help reduce the time and manage the stairs better.

We know moving from an apartment or unit can seem stressful, but our removalists do it all the time. If you have a building manager let them know the date you are moving and whether you'll be using any lifts in the building. They can usually help to put up protective curtains where needed and may even be able to lock the lift for dedicated use.
